Fill out Bangladesh Tourist visa application form online

and send the following documents to VisaHQ:
  • Visa application form. Two original duly filled forms signed by the applicant.

  • Original passport. Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

  • Passport-type photograph. Two recent passport size colored photographs with white background and 60% - 80% face coverage(35mm x 45mm).

  • Passport copy. Photocopy of the front and last pages of your valid passport. If applicant is a foreigner then the data page and Indian visa page copy are also to be submitted.

  • Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

  • Cover Letter. A covering letter from the Indian Company/Applicant requesting for visa on company letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp.

  • Hotel Reservation. Original and one copy of hotel reservations or an official invitation from a Spanish citizen or legal resident issued by the police station.

  • Business Letter. Original business letter from the host company in Bangladesh explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel and guaranteeing sufficient funds.

  • Reccomendation letter. A Recommendation letter from (FICCI, CCI, ASSOCHAM, PHD) is required. If company is not registered in any of these then Company Registration copy is required.

  • Visa application form. Two original duly filled forms signed by the applicant.

  • Original passport. Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

  • Passport-type photograph. Three recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 70% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 40mm x 60mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

  • Invitation Letter. Original Invitation Letter from inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation, contact number and address.

  • Employment letter. Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. For students, please submit an official letter from your school indicating that you are in good standing and that you are registered for the upcoming semester. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

  • Personal letter. A personal letter from the applicant addressed to the Embassy of Bangladesh, explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel, cities to be visited, and place of accommodation. If self employed this letter should be on business letter head.

  • Supporting Document. Please submit a copy of your Adhar (Aadhaar) Card.

  • Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form.

  • Original passport. The passport must be valid at least six months after the intended date of departure from the territory of destination country and has at least two blank visa pages.

  • Passport-type photograph. A digital 2 passport-type photographs taken within the last 6 months. This may be taken using a cell phone against a white wall provided if it meets the standards of a passport-type photograph.

  • Proof of status. A copy of immigration status in the United States such as a resident card, work, or study permit. VisaHQ cannot assist US B1/B2 visa holders at this time.

  • Hotel Reservations. A hotel booking confirmation (Applicant's name must be on Hotel Reservation) OR

  • Invitation Letter. A letter of invitation with appropriate contact details of the host (required). If the host belongs to any official/business entity, the invitation must be written on an official or business letterhead pad; otherwise, a copy of the NID of the host must be attached with the application.

  • Visa application form. Two original duly filled forms signed by the applicant.

  • Original passport. Passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

  • Passport-type photograph. Include 2 passport style photos, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

    Bangladesh COVID-19 travel restrictions

    • Entry is partially open
      International commercial passenger flights are operating with restrictions. Bangladesh is open for travel from some countries, while most domestic restrictions remain in place.
      Prior to arrival restrictions.
      Valid passport. Valid national passport with at least 6 month remaining validity after the date of departure.
      Valid visa. Please see the instructions above if visa is needed and apply.
      Negative COVID-19 test. Air travelers who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 must carry a negative COVID-19 RT PCR test report from a test taken within 72 hours of departure.
      Upon arrival requirements
