Police report. Original police report or Certificate of Good Conduct from the applicant's local police station (less than 6 months old).
Medical Certificate. A medical certificate showing a diagnosis of the overall health of the applicant (less than 6 months old).

Itinerary. A copy of round-trip tickets with the applicant's name clearly stated on the itinerary.
Multiple entry visa. Copies of previous Bahamas Visas if visited The Bahamas before (at least 3 are required for multiple entry consideration).
Birth certificate. If applying for a visa for a child please provide copy of Children’s Birth Certificate to prove parental relations.
