Visa application form. Fully completed and signed application form.
Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.
Passport-type photograph. Two passport size photographs not more than six months old, 35 x 45 mm with 80 percent face size white background and on matt or semi matt paper and without spectacles
Passport copy. Photocopy of the front and last pages of your valid passport. If applicant is a foreigner then the data page and Indian visa page copy are also to be submitted.
Invitation letter. Original Invitation Letter from inviting Company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation, contact number and address. The letter should be translated in Spanish.
Authorization Letter. Power of Attorney for passport submission on behalf of passengers on Fifty Rupees stamp paper, format available here
Proof of Employment. For Employed - Last 6 months salary slips and NOC/Leave letter from the Employer. For Self employed - Copy of Company Registration Certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation with name page where director’s name is mentioned or Form 32. For Proprietor - Copy of Proprietorship Proof. For Partner - Copy of Partnership Deed and NOC letter from partner is also required. For Student - Copy of School/College ID card.
Cover Letter. Letter in English & Spanish language from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose with duration of visit and 10 to 15 lines about the company.The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Argentina Republic, New Delhi for New Delhi Jurisdiction and addressed to – The Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai for Mumbai Jurisdiction. Please Note : a) Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed . b) Covering-letter in English language should be duly notarized.
Reccomendation letter. A notarized recommendation letter through recognized Chamber of Commerce in India has to be submitted along with the application Please Note : a) A Spanish translation of the original recommendation letter should also be submitted. b) The letter should be addressed to 'The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Argentine Republic, F-3/3, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
Income Tax Return. Attested copies of last 3 years ITR.
Daily Itinerary. A detailed travel schedule is required
Return ticket. Return Confirmed Ticket showing departure after 10 working days

Personal invitation. Original invitation if going to meet family or friend translated in Spanish.
Passport copy. A clear scan of the information page and ALL pages of your valid, signed passport, saved into one PDF file.
Complete itinerary. A copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary showing all intermediary countries between your destination and return to country of origin. The applicant's name must be on itinerary.

Argentina Visa Policy
The official visa policy of the Argentine government is that foreigners must have visas in hand before they can enter the country unless they are from visa-exempt countries.
Visas are obtained from Argentine diplomatic missions abroad or online. The country's visa exempt list is determined by agreements between Argentina and foreign countries which may be multilateral or bilateral.
If you are from a visa-exempt country, you don't need a visa to enter Argentina. With a valid passport, you can stay in the country for up to 90 days or 60 or 30 days, depending on your nationality. Visa-free visitors can visit any part of the country they wish, but they are only allowed to work with visas, as only work visa holders can work in Argentina.
Argentina Electronic Travel Authorization
Some foreigners from selected countries and territories may apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization or AVE if they wish to visit for noncommercial purposes. This online authorization is for tourism, business, and transit. Holders coming for medical treatment may also apply for it too.
The Argentine ETA is issued only to visitors who meet some conditions. Firstly, the applicant must have a valid visa issued by the United States.
This visa may be a B2, B1, J, O, P or E visa. Suppose the applicant is from a country whose citizens enjoy visa exemption in Argentina. In that case, they can go ahead to apply for the ETA provided they can show evidence that they have visited the US at least once in the last 2 years before submitting their application for the ETA or US visa.

Argentine Travel Certificate
Another type of application document is an Argentine Travel Certificate issued to citizens of a few countries. This special document is offered to citizens of Taiwan, Tonga, Tuvalu, Kosovo, Nauru, and the Sahrawi Democratic Republic who wish to visit the country. These nationals don't need visas for short trips.

Key Information About The Argentina Electronic Travel Authorization
